A Comprehansive Eastern Idaho Location Guide for Clients and Photographers


Finding a location to fit the vibe and style of your photoshoot can be difficult at times. Here is a list of places that I have discovered so that the stress of finding a place to get gorgeous photos is much less stressful! Of course, as the seasons and lighting change, so does the scenery and foliage, but this will give you a good idea of the place, and what you are looking for!

Bear Gulch Trailhead

  • Just outside of Ashton, ID. Approx. an hour and a half from Idaho Falls.
  • Perfect for: Bridals, engagements, couples, and individuals.
  • Beautiful views of the Warm River Canyon, surrounded by lots of pine trees and foliage.


Bubble Land Bridge

  • In St. Anthony, ID. Just a few miles north of Rexburg.
  • Perfect for: Engagements, families, bands or musical groups, and indiviuals.
  • Could also be fun for a nighttime photoshoot.
  • A beautiful old railroad bridge over the Snake River with lots of trees and rocks.
